We accept credit cards. This is a very popular line you see being advertised almost everywhere. You come across this line in grocery stores, restaurants, malls and shops and even online stores. As long as you are connected to the internet, a few clicks on the mouse can result to faster and quicker transactions done without leaving the comfort of your home. When something good comes out in the market, fraud, which is always associated with financial instruments, mushroomed too. These fraudsters usually operate as online merchants who advertise the same line "We accept credit cards" but their main purpose is just to get access to a customer's personal information and card details.
This is something customers should be wary of. The possibility that these fraudsters will use your card details for their own online shopping is big. You just might be surprised when you will be billed for expensive items you never bought from anywhere. Worse still, you may be shocked when you will receive a bank notice for unreasonable excess in your credit limit.
You must be careful because these fraudsters are very knowledgeable in extracting information and card details that they will be doing anything to get what they want. They may join chat rooms where they can lure innocent people into giving out their secured information.

Plastic money gives more advantages to people most of the way but just be careful because fraudsters are out there ready to victimize you. Not all signs advertising "We accept credit cards" can do you good.
